I had a pretty fun weekend!
Friday night, I went out with my sister and some other girlfriends to an indoor karting and games spot. I had a blast! We had dinner first and besides my sister who ordered nachos, we all had wings with either strawberry or coconut daiquiri's. Well... they ordered daiquiri's, I had pineapple juice. Darn breastfeeding! Lol. I did do some sipping and uh maybe gulping and boi I tell ya, that coconut daiquiri was banging! We had really good conversations and a lot of laughter. After dinner, we split in two group; some of the ladies wanted to go-kart and some wanted to do the zip line. I was part of the go-kart group. It has been a while for me since I went go-karting and I was excited to get in one and race, and that I did do! We wrapped up a little past midnight and I literally zoomed outta that place. Hubby and Morayo were at home and I was too ready to get back to them. I had been gone for almost 5 hours and that is the longest he has ever been with her alone. I called earlier in the evening after I left to check on them and hubby told me to have a good time and not worry about them... Yeah right! I did have a very good time but I was still anxious. When I got home, MoMo was sound asleep. He did good :)

Saturday, we had lunch at one of hubby's co-workers home, Chris and his wife Bethany Ciraky. I met Chris after I got engaged to hubby and his wife shortly after meeting him and it has been a pleasure having them in our lives. Chris grilled burgers and Bethany made a really tasty strawberry and blackberry salad. I baked a strawberry cake that morning for them before we left and hubby fried plantains to take along with us. They have a 5months old son Caleb and we all had a really good time talking and watching our babies.

On Sunday after church and lunch, we got in bed with MoMo and were knocked out for at least three good hours. We sometimes all take naps together during the weekends and I love it. When we got up, we went to see my aunt and her family. They live in the same county as us and ever since we got married, we've spent time in each others homes and it's always a joy. We had a really good time as always! At another time, I'll definitely put up a post about my aunt. She has really been a blessing in my life and I actually consider her my mentor. I love her and her family to pieces!

In other news, today is my brother-in-laws birthday. I call him daddy Nosa and he calls me Lawrence (inside joke). Daddy Nosa is married to my oldest sister Collette and their son is master Pauley! I want to wish him a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Daddy Nosa is truly a joy to be around. He is the fun type that keeps the jokes coming but it's all good because he does well receiving with all the dishing he does. I pray God blesses him with many more years and that he achieves all that he plans to for himself and his family. I only have one brother and he is younger but I guess God had it that way because he was prepping Daddy Nosa in some remote village to later come into my life.
