Morayo turned 3 months today! I can't believe how fast time has gone by. It's so bitter sweet. Sweet, because she is growing and it is exciting watching her personality develop. Bitter, because as much as I'm excited about her growth, I want to freeze this moment and make it last longer. Just like her name- Morayooluwa which means "I have seen the joy of God", Morayo has truly been a joy to us.
Some highlights at 3 months:
She smiles a lot and it melts my heart every single time, especially when she gets up in the morning. It's like her special way of saying "good morning mama". It just doesn't get old.

She absolutely loves bath time. Always has...
She loves stretching when she wakes up in the morning or after a good long nap. For some reason, this tickles her dad's funny bones.
She loves attention! OMG! I could be carrying her, but if I'm not staring at her, I'm looking for trouble!
She has out grown her car seat. Last week, I took out the head pillows the seat came with (shown below) and hubby adjusted the belts.
She sleeps with her booty propped up, just like her cousin Pauley did, but his was booty prop on steroids. Lol!

Pauley She plays with her hands a lot! She started this a couple of weeks ago and when she starts, she goes at it! |
She has a lot of hair and it hurts her when I comb it even though I'm very gentle. She can be a drama queen though but I put her hair in little puffs. Makes life better for the both of us.
She looks so cute when she’s mad. I always try to take pictures. She stares at me like, "This crazy lady". Haha!
She’s now wearing size 2 in diapers! I get really excited with such changes, like her out growing an outfit. Cause for a victory dance. Lol!
She has been pulling things, especially my hair and it hurts!
She started holding her bottle herself. Yay!
We’re so in love with this little lady and we can’t wait to see all that God has in store for her!
Hubby took the picture below last week and when I saw it, it brought tears to my eyes. I can't believe God chose me to take care of this beautiful being. Words just can't express my gratitude!
