It was a lot of fun watching the reaction of the kids and also noticing their changes from the first time we visited an aquarium.
The first time we took the kids to an aquarium, we went to one in Kansas City. Morayo was terrified while Demi was ready to get in the tank with the sea creatures if it was at all possible for him. Fast forward to Houston, Demi was scared of everything and Morayo was actually excited to see and wanted to point at everything. My guess is while in Kansas, Demi was too young to care and Morayo had some what of a clue but didn't understand they couldn't harm her. Now Demi is in her shoes while she has matured some.
Mo is also at that stage where everyday I get asked "Mom what's that?" at least 10 million times. Nah.. Not really but gahlee I hear it quite often. However, I'm always really excited not to just say what it is but also explain. I've noticed very quickly how much she absorbs currently and it's just amazing watching her learn.

We went out back after walking through the aquarium. There was a carousel, a train ride that went through a tunnel and showed sharks (pretty cool), and a ferris wheel ride. We went on all of em!
